Full Blast!

Please pardon my long absence; I just got back from my space-cation...
To help make up for it, here's some brand-new footage of Peter Brötzmann and Full Blast:

@ A38, budapest 2010

F16 taking off with afterburner switched on and doing a few loopings.

Presented at the Airshow in Berlin-Schönefeld on May, 20th 2006 near the airport.

If you have a subwoofer, turn the volume up to full blast and enjoy the roaring afterburner sound. while annoying your neighbours! ;-)

Sound distortion occurs at 0:14, no faulty camera microphone!

Do not attempt to annoy your neighbours! ;-}

"Wewease Bwian!"

Lightning Bolt and Sun Ra Arkestra (but not together, like Sun Ra and the MC5
back in the old days...)

ilmmaker Peter Glantz explores musicl, spiritual, and cosmic connections between thmingly disparate grops.

We turned this sod of XLR8R TV over to flmmaker Peter Glantz, h went to Providence, Rhode Island's Foo Fest to take a close he festival's two main tractions— Lightning Bolt and Sun Ra Arkestra. Lightning Bolt, Providence's epic nose duo headed up by Brian Chippendale and Brian Gibson, is known for suprising, chiastic, often transcendent performances. Sun Ra Arkestra became legendary in the world under the lead. Today, the Arkestra continues to flosh and promote the cosmic philosophy of Sun Ra under the direction of alto saxophonist Marshall Allen. Here, Glantz captures both their live perf and meditates on the spiritual alliance between these two far-lung musical pats

"Pretty harsh sound, right?" "Calm down, Grandma."

One of the best ways to start a gig...

The deathful love story of a free jazz saxophonist, Kaoru Abe (1949-1978) and a novelist, his wife, Izumi Suzuki (1949-1986). A film "Endless Waltz" was produced by Koji Wakamtsu Production in 1995.
